No skills, Minecraft settlements, and the voiced protagonist cemented it as the worst game in the main series for me simply due to the total inability to mod the badness out.

I think the voice protagonist kinda made me cautious and such.

The whole point of fallout, is that you make the character, and ergo his/her voice is whatever you wish it to be.
Fallout 4 by default railroads you, even if its just with audio, even before you make your character...
