i got mine from a flash animated series called "chico migraña" (in spanish, that would be migrain boy?), these series are a chilean copy from the real MTV "chico migraña" (which is veeeery old)
 
I was just checking out Scotty the Great's Fallout Community site and it has a nice collection of avatars. Or maybe that was Vault52.

Mine's the Flower Child perk pic- colored, doctored slightly, and resized. I made it myself, to some degree. I'm thinking of getting a different one, though.
 
mine comes from the music video "Killer" by George Michael. Do NOT assume that i listen to george MIchael. I don't. But the video itself is great. And my avatar is one frame from it. I thought it looked cool....and i hate insects.

I have the video downloaded, i took a screenshot (print screen button) of the frame, resized, edited the circle a little, and there we go.

Yes, i am aware of this and totally agree :D

Its often the case when they take somthing like Spawn and try to turn it into a movie. In many cases, they never live up to the comics their based on.
 
Yup. I heard that after batman, the ninja turtles,spawn, spiderman, daredevil and the hulk, they're making a Hellboy movie too.

Yet another comic book character damned to become the favourite movie of the season for a 12 year old public.

This looks like the work of a hooded secret society, in which everyone calls himself chuck and takes an oath to do everything as craptacular as possible.
 
I've had Morte from Planescape: Torment since I started visiting the Blackisle forums way back when. He's my favorite character of all time. :P

There's two Supermutants right there for you. They are from Tactics, though.

Oh, and by the way: my avatar is from some site called artie.com. It's got some free animated gif's which you can use as an avatar. I don't like mine very much, though. I usually change it every month or so. Another good way to get an avatar is by using AltaVista. You make a search (say 'funny faces') and when you get all those small images on the page, you can just right-click on the one you like, save the image and the size of the image should be just about the right size for an avatar. The red alien I had some time ago was done like that. That way you don't have to fool around with Paint and such.
 
This charming fellow to my left is Gaignun Kukai, Jr., from Xenosaga. As of today, he represents my hope that the ex-BIS types will follow Monolith Soft's example and defect en masse.
 
i make them myself. i made this one in MS Paint. don't ussually do that (i use Photoshop for avatars most of the time), but i was bored...
