Best Buy's Fallout 3 Midnight Launch Parties

Firmly establishing the fact that I'm a geek I was at teh Midnight release. There were only about 15 customers at the small GameStop store. As well they opened at about 11:45 and there were no 'festivities'....installing now...
 
I just got a text message from my local game shoppe that my pre-order can be fetched.

Odd, since it's not supposed to be released here 'till the 30th...

Oh, I wouldn't be surprised if it would be here for sale as well.
Perhaps I will have a looky after coming back from the psychiatrist.

Yep, this is definitely a Halo 3 beater.
 
Well considering that this is the smallest of 3 GameStops in the area...

Played thru the intro and even though much of what is being said about the voice acting and animations is true...I'm loving it.
 
What aspects are you loving?

Do the enemies look like they're on rails when they're running around?
