Bethesda took DLC wrong way overall...

It's succeded do what Fallout 4 exactly tries to do but in classic fasion, i.e. in isometric and turn-based.
Yes I know some factions appreciates non-combat skills but the game's focus is on other things.
I looked into it already, thanks, stop being like this. I just said it's very easy to judge what's the game does by those achievements. F:NV's ones also includes other activities like completing quests, using perks and exploring for example while Underrail does not.
Yes, it's better than Fallout 4 but that's about it.
It may not satiate your lust for moar Fallout game (I know you've played Resurrection but still kind of unsatisfied), but seriously go play Underrail. Seriously, go play it. To me, Underrail was so close on dethroning Fallout's position as the #1 Post-Apocalyptic RPG, Styg just need to improve his writing, or maybe hire better writers, and that's it. Quests designs are already top-notch and some of them maybe even better than some quests in Fallout 1-2-NV, and I'd argue the writing had its' own wits and stuff to completely separate it from Fallout.

TL;DR I'm not shoving Underrail "the REAL Fallout 3" down your throat, but you should play it anyway because it should satiate your lust for a Post-Apocalyptic RPG.
