Clothes : your particular style

classy AND casual.

Basically the look I usually go for. Mostly jeans and collared shirts (short/long-sleeved). I'm not a fan of suits and I'm glad I won't have to wear them to work.

As for brands... I guess the GAP for the most part.

most of my clothes are thrift store rummaging :P
lol, the idea of "trendy" thrift stores always makes me laugh... but damn does it help my wallet.

Just try to find a thrift store in a wealthier neighborhood. They're more scarce but they should have nicer clothes.

If you're in the states, TJ Maxx and Marshalls have pretty cheap brand name clothes. It's last year's line but who really cares. I know I'm definitely not buying a $70 polo shirt from Nordstrom's. The GAP has some great sales too.

na I actually like the whole thrift shopping thing.
damn good selection and good prices.
and its an adventure.

Goth... but without the make up and lace. I just use black clothes with skulls on em. Got a skull wallet, skull shoes, skull shorts, and a ton of skull shirts.. and two skull belt buckles. Dood at work likes to ask me where the funeral is. Hes an old dood so I let it go.

Cargo pants in grey, black, tan, or khaki (personal favorite is the 5.11 tactical pant, casual looking, but durable and with hidden pockets in the cargo pocket for spare magazines for my carry arm). Comfortable hiking boots. A single tone t-shirt with a loose button-up shirt over it, or just a Metal shirt (the only shirts I wear with a logo on them are music related) like Iced Earth, DragonForce, or Iron Maiden.

I own a massive amount of linen. Shirts and short and pants alike. Linen breathes like no other fabric.

I have a large amount of cotton t-shirts as well. Ranging from a big pot leaf to regatta shirts, to my old high school honor roll t-shirt.

For winter I have three cashmere sweaters, a trenchcoat, and two down vests.

@ PhredBean: DragonForce is fucking nuts. The fastest playing I've ever seen.

So pretty much everyone here minus a few are going for the generic gamer look. Chicks tell me I dress very cityish, my favorite thing to wear is my green Israeli army jacket which is worn out and faded, some dark colored tee that is one size too small, and tight (but not emo tight) jeans.

Grey, white, brown or black usually. Alpenflage or tigerstripe pants when I'm going to be making a mess in the art department. Oh and this freaking awesome shemag for the winter... or when its dusty... or whenever the hell I feel like having it. <,,<

I avoid shirts with logos and images like the plague.

PS Pope, nice ass

Black/blue/brown t-shirt, black or blue jeans, black laceless shoes, skull wallet with chain, a chain that connects my helix piercing to my 2nd lobal piercing, and on occasion a necklace with my husband's baby ring on it.

In fall, add a leather jacket or a fuzzy red flannel. In winter, add an oversized black jacket or a UK Wildcats jacket ('m not a Wildcats fan, though... it was a gift when I first got out here).

Tight jeans or baggy pants. The in-betweens goes. Slim (but not too tight) colorful t-shirts with nice but meaningless motives (like "Wisconsin" or "Ecuador. World of wonders."). Black sailor shoes with a "twist". I guess this makes me indie, but I'm more like Charlie Sheen in "Two and a half men" with better taste for women.

If it's warm its the same t-shirts with shorts instead, and sandals.

I like those t-shirts with funny messages like:

"Your girlfriend thinks i'm hot"

or

"National Pornographic"

Too bad i can't find where to buy those.

Most of the time: T Shirt, Jeans and Desert boots.
Occasionally: T Shirt, Shorts and Sandals.

I'm so middle-of-the-road Brit teenager.
