This shit is extremely well done. Feels like I am looking at the original graphics.
 
Great stuff, these artworks rock...the rest of his stuff is ultra coolo as well. My only criticism would be the metal is slightly too tarnished/rough, a bit too much bump mapping.
 
detail is simply amazing. I especially noticed the scratched green surface of the filter and also the work on filter clips and also rivets in the middle of the helm. ooh! ooh! and all that rust and scratches give it a great "I have seen more action than Corsican Brothers" look!
 
Looks really great. Actually, it's funny how the third pic is the only picture I know that make you understand how the APA artwork relates to the sprite (which doesn't look the same).
 
Very, very good.

With a little of imagination, you can almost feel a tension, enclave fanaticism, brutality and unforgiving nature of the fallout world "of the past" - something so alien to player-is-stupid/babysitting worlds of the present.

Shame pictures (those that precede some game) are, as a rule, misleading about atmosphere what we eventually get in the game. Good thing this is fan art so there is none of those expectation.
 
The third pic is now one of my cycling wallpapers. And they're grey! My favorite version, the black is cool but it gives me more of a spec ops vibe rather than a badass grunt vibe.
