DAC closing doors

I was made admin, along with spazmo by Killzig. I banned a few people and generally just altered people and forums? Spazmo deleted GD a few times over and made it shit itself. So yeah, blame him B)

The picture I sent was fist.jpg It's just a collage of guys having sex and eating shit. I was banned soon after.

Pity about DAC, but I did more or less everything I wanted to do? It was good while it lasted, pity NMA or the codex boards aren't as DAC-like mebbe, but meh.

Well, you know megatron didn't kill the forum or anything?

The guys broke something in the PHP which made an error messege appear at the top of the pages, And Kreegle closed down the site.

It isn't like everything is deleted...
 
When I saw that page this morning, I thought that it was a bad joke. I saw the shenanigans last night, and felt sorry for the admins over at DAC. I know what it is like having to repair fucked up php now that we have successfully broken it a couple of times.

But this just makes me ill. This hit me harder than Black Isle closing, cause face it, DAC has been around longer. Ugh. I highly doubt anyone gave anybody else permisssion, this looks more like a hack job. Fallout3 and Black Isle may be dead, but I know there are a lot of hungry fans waiting for another decent Fallout title. I just have to look at the stats to our site right before we got taken down. (an me thinks that gets more and more suspicious as time goes on.)

I guess I will post over here alot more often, or maybe just go over into the corner and finish working on my game.

He practically defines what it means to be on DaC.
 
Because Spazmo thought the site was too "shitty" or something. For the most part I had a good time at DAC. Certain people were pretty fucking stupid, but at least you guys made me laugh sometimes. You'd have to be insane to post regularly on the forums, though.

I think the same happens anywhere. If you hang out in one place too long it starts to get to you. That's why I made the decision to post once in a while and mainly stick to news. Unfortunately the wrong people were in charge. I expected it all to end sooner rather than later.

You have to admit this community is on its last breath. There's no more future in Fallout only a spotty past. All the veterans are assholes , and it's getting so damn old with the same stupid shit. NMA, RGPCodex, DAC, there all the same. I might hang out more at Pamedia now, but I'll have to wait and see where that goes.

Sorry if anybody was insulted by me or whatever. I enjoyed my time in this community probably more than any other.
 
Let's see if I get this right... There was some serious mod privileges abuse, lots of immaturity by the other moderators, and as a result, DAC was closed down without warning, explanation, or a moment's consideration for every registered user that had nothing to do with the mess but now has to suffer the consequences?

You know, I'm not sure I'll miss that place at all.
 
Seems DAC wasn't dead, I talked to SP and it seems Kreegle went behind everyones back on this.. Well no harm, no foul I guess..

All is good in the Twilight zone..
 
I don't think I miss it...NMA is just as good. Looks like most of the people have wandered here recently (not just today). Just like a lot of NMA people were showing up at DAC for the past few months...Weird.

Hmm...The forums are back...Goodbye for now, NMA.
