@ SPC wrong thread you should post this in the "gameplay thread".

But to answer the question you can get the informatinon also by a new random encounter.
You can get the location of the EPA through either a Myron or a random traveler encounter. However, unless I forgot to include the option, there is now a third way to find the EPA. Of course, you'll have to wait until the end of the game to find out how. :)

But yes, wrong thread.

EDIT:
@Endocore

Though I'm not responding to your reports, do know that they are appreciated. You got some actual bugs in there that no one has come across yet. In fact, many are original F2 bugs. Good job!

Btw, is Kaga encounter scaled according to char Lvl?
Yes, Kaga scales.

@Baizhao
Your second issue (the rifle problem) is related to the first problem (using an old version of sfall). However, I'm not sure how to address your first problem. Maybe Timeslip or others can help here.

Yo killap, great work man!

Sierra location still only available through Wright's quest?
Btw check the Wright safe (after blowing some explosive to disarm the trap or when it activates it still says there is a trap).

After killing all the Morton brothers (Redding Q, random encounters) do you get extra exp?

Thanks again for the mod man!

Yeah, this is one of the more complex bugs I'm working out. I've got a save game already, so it should make it easier to debug. If you wanna share a save game as well that would be cool. It's not necessary though. Thanks for the report. Keep bug hunting! ;)

How you go to the presidential area in the enclave? I have vertibird area and armory only (melting door doesn't function I guess).

Pretty certain you can get it from Pritchard's grave as well. Need high PE though.

Yes, so nice, grave is in the NW part.

Should I also install your unofficial patch or is it included in restoration project? Thanks.
No, you don't need to and shouldn't install it.
From the readme:
Q: Do I need to install the official 1.02 patch or your unofficial patch as well?
A: No. All the fixes found in the official and unofficial patch are already included.

Here's a problem (using RP 2.0.2e): during the battle with creatures in Redding mines, I took a jet drug to boost myself. When effect expired, my ST and PE dropped to 1. Ok, this is expected (I'm only a beginner in Fallout2). But now I just keep dying when bad effects go away, over and over again. It seems that I can't do anything to prevent this so I'll assume that it's a bug. Here's a savegame: http://rghost.net/1417866

After I successfully fell victim to the one-eyed trader's deception and took the next quest (of fixing the well) from Krom, the dude next to the well will still not talk to me (aside from telling me to go away).

Moreover, 7 "exit grids" have appeared in my inventory. They look like refridgerators and have no weight or description.

Thirdly, the knife I took from a pot in Krom's tent will not count towards the number of already existing knives in my inventory. I've got 5 knives plus one that is identical yet separate.

EDIT: ah, now the Exit Grids suddenly do have a weight. They weigh 153 pounds each. I'll have to dump them or I can't operate in combat. I guess I'll keep the savegame tho.

EDIT2: Dumping the Exit Grids resulted in a crash, as then there was a piece of Exit Grid on the ground, and trying to move would activate it and crash the game. Fortunately, I was able to sell them all to a Hermit. They had astronomic value, so i bought all his money and Healing Powder with them.

EDIT3: After Krom tells you about the Primitive Tribe, your only dialog options are "Alright, thanks. Could I ask you something else?" and "Alright, thanks. Could I ask you something else?" That is to say, two identical dialog options.

Yep! But, many of the fixes (like maps changes) won't be present unless you enter the area for the first time.

I just answered you in your own thread, but I shall do so here. I'll also send your other thread to the vats since there is no point to have multiple discussions about this.

Go to the first page of this thread and download the latest fixes (2.0.2e).

Vault Village

Hi all,

There's something going on witb the Vault village that might be a bug. Can someone help?

After I get the quest from Sergeant Stark at Vault City and I talk to Connar in Vault Village I go to talk to Joe (Ian? he he) in the courtyard. Part of his dialogue at the end seems to be a repeat of the last dialogue I had with Connar.

Joe suggests I talk to Happy Harry for the guns, but Happy Harry has no relevant dialogue option.

And I can't figure out how to get down to the underground level in the Gecko junkyard. Am I supposed to attach a rope in the power plant hole?

Will 2.1 work as a patch to the current installation of 2.0 or would I have to re-install Fallout 2 and the RP from scratch?

Killap, first of all, thank you for great job you did here. I'm sucked into RP for two days already. It's truly amazing stuff! But there's nasty little bug i need to report about. Sorry, if it was here already, but i did not find any mention.
Here's the problem: when i save game during the combat, then load saved game, whether i died or just decided to do things another way,
all characters, involved in combat, start to act simultaneously, like not giving a crap about damn turn system. And they move realy hecking fast at this moment. :D It annoys and even upsets me, as i'm going to kill Frenky right now. Is there any way to correct this muck? Thank you in advance! :)
