I don't see how the posters in new reno can be compared to the shi or hubologists in frisco. It's like two different worlds. Also I can hardly say that the posters add to the general LOL!111 in Fallout 2. It's a bit hilarious that such a discussion exists at all. Folks don't be prude, it's not even 4 pixel breasts, not worth a single page of attention-posts. Heh, especially compared to the over-the-top violence which is featured in the game. That's all I'd personally say to this.

That is a shame. I was hoping to see nipples in the next release.

Black ones too, if possible. This is the future after all, not the 1950's.

We will cut them back somewhat - maybe 40%...it doesn't bother me, it's the action I love, not the posters. Anyway I trust Killap's judgment on this one; sometimes less is more.

How come you decide cutting them THAT straight away when the majority wants them stay as it is now ?

Just asked as rant by a few jellyfish, and removing them like you did not add them by your hands, and sparing your time, is really weird, and unacceptable.

Sorry, but softening a legendary game as Fallout is nothing short of than 'disrespect'.
 
Killap is working hard to fix real bugs in the RP. He must have created a very stable mod since some people have spent two pages in this forum debating pixelated titty posters. To me, this is a non-issue started by trolls. It seems that most people posting here want the posters to stay. I think most people would prefer you spend your time cleaning up the game's scripting and give us the best, most stable release you can.
 
I vote for the new posters. In my opinion, it's a nice touch. Subtle and positive in every way I can think of.

Oh come on, first you cut back almost half of the highly relevant posters that cover the dark walls of junkie's burned building residences, then you throw in a smelly hobo poster instead of black nipples that were suggested.

Besides, the black nipples are pixelated, so there shouldn't be any complaints. Here's a sample that you could transform into a poster.

Hey, I'm getting this bug where I can't hurt horrigan. I am shooting him in the head with a bloody gauss rifle, and it does nothing! Help?

There is also a bug with the submarine. If you choose to blow up the torpedos, the tanker doesn't recognize that its destroyed.

Also, how do I access the turrets to fight horrigan? I have I6 with that special president badge and nada.

If you don't have ST 6 you need to pass a speech roll check. Just keep trying and eventually you will pass.

It may be softening the RP, but keep in mind that they were never in the game in the first place. They were added for the atmosphere.

Everyone needs to understand that all I'm saying is that I want to make sure the posters are not over done (like with the rocks). It's about balance.

:mrgreen: - I will go through the maps and cut a few posters. Don't worry people they will still be in the game. As for the hot black chick, not 1950's enough for me.

The game is set in 2240's. I don't think people will still be that racist in such distant future to omit black nipples.
