It Wandered In From the Wastes
Its been about 2-3 years since I played the Restoration Project. Looking forward to booting it up again this week and seeing whats changed.
So hopefully a release will happen in the next few weeks. At least that's what I'll keep saying until it happens.
@killapHaving a problem running RP 2.3.2 on Windows 8. Compatibility issues. Any and all answers help. I miss this game!
My family's going on vacation to Alaska for two weeks on the 31st. No internet, middle of nowhere... All I'll have for late night entertainment is my trusty laptop, Fallout 2, and the Restoration Project. There's simply no way to thank you guys enough for your work on this, but please know that we fans are grateful.
Killap said "next few weeks". So when you translate time in his universe to time in ours, it should be something like "next few months".upd?
"next few months"
very long...
It's not that it's bad in the current state, but Killap is always teasing us with the updates which according to him "should be out in a couple of weeks" and at least some of us trust him and wait for the next update. Unfortunately, weeks turn into months, then half a year or more passes until the actual update is released. If he doesn't have the will to work on this mod anymore, he should just say so and be done with it instead of coming with all the excuses for being late few months. I think it might be better for everyone. [And yes, I do appreciate his work and think it's an awesome mod.]is it unplayable or anything? Is it an update necessary? I plan to get this that's why i ask.
