Fallout 3 at E3 - Jeff Green

That's interesting how so called gaming journalists lack the intelligence to grasp such thing like existence of stylisation and subgenres.
It seems that a proper name for a gaming "journalist" would be an "ignorant moron" or a "paid corporation whore".

I am slowly getting sick and tired of these 'experts' on gaming.
That's exactly what they want from us. First to get tired, thereafter sick.

Persistence for existence!

Hey, I'm still here---was on a business trip all day, not deliberately avoiding the wrath of NMA folks. :)

Um, I'm going to chime in on the podcast thread, which I haven't looked at but which I am sure is not a particularly happy one. :o

Jeff. i was about to say thanks for coming here and chatting with us but you had to spoil it by that comment about "we only want an expansion to Fallout 2"

It seems you have the same ignorant view all the Beth lovers counter arguments to our complaints. "You just want another expansion, get with the times"

ROFL.... This podcast is just another example of bad journalism.

I mean when you normaly try to be informative or having a discussion about a theme you try to get at least to people with more or less contradicting opinions. So you get something that's interesting for your listeners and so on..
But this is just plain 'I think Fallout Fans are stupid dorks - Oh yeah - Yeah totally! - Read the last forum thread? - Oh yeah, how stupid they are' ...
Or a repeative presentation of your opinions so other people are going to believe them...
If i want to hear such a shit, i go into the next bar and listen to three drunken idiots, i mean listening to them is also more funny then listening to the shit you produced with your idiots there Mr.Green.

By the way, just waiting for some intelligent answer of my questions on the last page. Until you answered them, i will now ignore your presence here ;)

I'm listening to the podcast now. Jeff feels sad for us, all we want is an expansion for Fallout 2, there's not enough info for us to criticize anyway, rose colored glasses, but Bethesda made a great demo, the guys that say new MGS is a great game are the same, Bethesda has a lot to prove...

...while what he saw makes the game the game he wants to play the most of E3, for that there was enough info. Pretty contradictory stuff, but every guy on the podcast were coherent enough in laughing at us and criticizing us, while we seem not to be allowed to do the same about other people.

Ok then
I think we can pretty safely establish at this point that the gaming press is utterly tasteless and shallow. The RPG genre is banalized and glitzified more by every year that passes and they revel in it.

Interesting description.
May I ask why 'the scary wrath of Fallout "fans" ' ?
Why in quotation mark? Sarcasm?
