Best soundtrack ? Fuck that !!! Seriously now. Did they play Dead Space ? The ambient soundtrack ( and I'm not even talking about the incredible sound effects ) litteraly shits on Inon Zur's generic/lame-ass work.

when it comes to Fallout music in my eyes Ion Zur is NOT BAD (except the menue music ... sorry epic shitz is just not Fallout ...), but not as good like Mark Morgan. Thinking about the sound for Redding here, which is one of my favourites.

Avernum 5 beats the shit out of F3 in the rpg department, hands down. Though TECHNICALLY it is a '07 game, the windows version dates '08, so fuck it. I refuse to acknowledge ze macs.

Whoa I didn't know Avernum was still going, played one of the older ones though don't think they are worth 15 quid.

Sounds like Bjork for some reason...yeah, that would work pretty cool actually! Bjork and dark-gloomy-ambient.
