perk


power armour zealot

you fell in love with your power armour and never take it off. you eat, sleep, take a piss and engage in sexual intercourse in it. its like a second skin and there are rumors you already fused with it.


+1 AP
increased damage threshold.
 
Mutie Lover

You have a strange fetish. One for Super Mutants. When there is a Super Mutant in your party, you fall in love with it. You feel like you can move mountains, although you can't really think straight.

Int -3
Str +1
Ch -5 (who likes someone who loves a Super Mutie?)

You have been infected by the wasteland radiation. Everytime you health is at 1/3 you will mutate (to something like Marcus) until your health is full again or a day has passed.

+20% big guns
+10 armor class

You wear tight pants and wish you were never born.
People hate you and even ghouls think that you're worthless.

-10 Charisma

Antipathy in every town.

25 % off on knives. People wish you finaly kill yourself.
 
Cowboy
You are extremely fast and proficient with revolvers. When using revolvers, you get a +20% bonus to your small guns skill and AP cost is reduced by 1. You also deal an extra 4 points of Damage against them backstabbing Ninjas.
Requirements: PE 7, AG 7, Level 6

Ninja
You wear a full head-to-toe, tight-fitting, black bodysuit in broad daylight and expect people not to notice, because you are… NINJA. Each level of this perk gives you a +5% bonus to your Unarmed, Melee, Throwing, and Sneak skills.  Ninjas also inflict an extra 4 points of damage against dishonorable Pirates.
Requirements: ST 5, AG 5, Level 6

Pirate
Arr! Pirates are vicious cutthroats and get a +10% bonus to their Melee and Steal skills. For some reason, they also deal an extra 4 points of damage against Cowboys.
Requirements: Melee 40%, Steal 40%, ST 5, AG 5, Level 6

Dirty!
Being that this perk allows me to score a critical on a hit anytime my target fails a luck roll and more than likely blow their heads clean-off, you've got to ask yourself one question. Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya punk?
Requirements: All Combat skills at 75% (yes, even throwing,) Level 24
 
Lunatic

Something is simply not right with you.
You always appeared to be... strange and different.
You have the urge to disgust people and make them suffer. Your sadistic lust makes you cause more damage, but due to your arrogant agressions, you sometimes seem to ignore the enemy's attacks and walk straigt into their bullets.


+ 5 Damage with every weapon

-10 Armor Class

More negative and extremly disturbing and weird speech options.
 
Well i meant only one more month to go beyond this one..not one more month to go,before time is up.

I really do hope that the community and board will help in determining a winner.Remember 12:oo am January 1st EST is my cutoff time.There is nothing to lose and a FallOut game to gain by just posting your ideas.

New York Reloader
All the time you wasted back in vault watching action movies has finally paid off. You can get any weapon from you inventory for only one AP. Unfortunately all that time with a remote has ruined your manual dexterity and as a result reloading takes twice as long.

Requirements: Ag 7, Small Guns 95


Karmicly Dynamic Visage
Radiation in moderate amounts can cause mutation, you however have absorbed a LARGE amount of radiation in your journey around the wasteland. You now mutate constantly. Your appearance changes based on signals from your subconsious. When you have been a good it shows on your face and when you have been bad it shows everywhere.

Effects

When karma is positive +1 Charisma
When karma is very positive +2 Charisma and maybe speech options involving having an angelic appearance

When Karma is negative -1 Charisma, + 5 armour
When Karma is Very Negative -3 Charisma, +2 Strength, + 5 armour, Bonus to Hand to hand and maybe speech options for having a demonic/Scary appearance and claws.
When karma is at its maximum either negative or positive a racial level shift in characteristics might happen.

Requirements: Radiated at one time, Encountered F.E.V., level 6


Mean throwing arm
Why just lob a grenade at someones feet, why not a fast ball between the eyes. When you throw a grenade or molotov cocktail it does impact damage like a thrown rock. Shame about the fact that it can bounce in nasty directions on a critically failed throw.

Requirements: St 7, Throwing 80


Zen Combat Medicine
All that time treating people while you are being shot at has caused you to develop a new marital art, Syringe throwing. So you never have to leave cover.
With this perk you can now throw any drug that comes in syringe form. think of the possibilities.

Requirements: Throwing 70, First aid or Doctor at 90


"Not if I make him eat it" or "F.U.B.A.R...... big time"
Your callous disregard for your own body has opened up an interesting new hand to hand weapon, the grenade.
With this perk a hand to hand strike can be made with a grenade.
If the blow lands and the target fails to block/parry the grenade inflicts damage ignoring the targets armour. If the strike fails nothing happens. However if the strike succeeds and the target blocks/parries.......

Requirements: kamikaze, Level 9


Sore Loser

You are of the opinion that any combatant skilled and talented enough to kill you deserves to die a horrible death. To ensure that this happens you have rigged a large explosive charge to go off at the moment of your death and you carry it with you always.

As a side effect the character would be immune to pick pocketing.

Upon the character reaching 0 hit points a explosion occurs providing the blow to bits death for the character and a gratuitous amount of damage to those in the surrounding area.

The "your dead" screen would show a smoking crater or at the very least not show an intact skeleton.

Requirements: Traps 100, Bloody mess


Frenzied killer
You can sometimes get in touch with you emotions, unfortunately for those around you your main emotion is anger.

When character is injured and an int check is failed the character leaves PC control and charges towards the nearest enemy and attacks them with the most powerful melee weapon in inventory.
While the character is out of player control they have +4 St and +5 Ap. upon the death of the enemy they character returns to player control.

Requirements: Melee 75, child killer
 
Knives are for pro's
Your obsesion with sharp shiny things has many benefits in all sorts of unexpected ways.

When you are visibly holding a knife you gain a +5% Speech, +10% Barter through intimidation as well as a +10% Sneak (steal) with your pocket cutting finesse. Your observation skills suffer due to the glazed stare you focus on the glinting of your blade. -1 pe.

Requirements: Melee 90, level 6


Chain Mail bikini
Your tailoring skills leave just enough to the imagination to keep the opposite sex's (interested sex's) interest focused entirely on you.
Your revealing fashion sense does have a detrimental effect on the state of your armour.

+3 Charisma (for those of the appropriate sexual preference)
-30% Armour Effectiveness

Requirements: gigilo


Wasteland Explorer
All that wandering around the wasteland poking your nose in everything has broadened your characters skills. But in ignoring your quest you have angered a faction of your (tribe/vault/village) and they now want to kill you and send someone else to do the job you were supposed to do.

+5% all skills, Luck check at combat start to avoid a mysterious stranger like incident where the stranger wants to kill you.

Requirements: level 16 and absolutely no progress whatsoever on your main quest.


The Way of the Rock
Sick and tired of running out of thrown weapons you have found a solution, pick up a rock. Astounded at your own brilliance you have painstakingly developed new ways to use a rock, such as hitting people with them. You have plans of extending your new found skills to such things as bricks, but it is early days yet.

When unarmed you have the additional option of picking up a rock (1ap). When holding a rock you have the additional option to use it to perform the melee attack "hit with rock".
+2 base dmg with rocks
When inside replace the word rock with Rubble or brick
(for a possible variation add the ability to pick up a "Large rock")

Requirement: level 3, IQ not higher than 4

You can hit peole with basicly ANYTHING. Even with their own pimp!

(this is not ment to be insulting in any way you just gave me an idea for the perfect perk for the low intelligence caveman like character)

Hitter
You find combat to be very confusing, but you have discovered that hitting people with things makes them stop giving you boo boo's.
Due to your immense natural strength you have not needed to refine this concept further.

You can use any object as a weapon with damage and speed as factors of weight.

Requirements: ST 10, IQ No higher than 2

(why yes that turbo gatling plasma cannon is a great weapon, Especially when you smack it into the other guys head)

Perk

Fast shooter

You can shoot with two one-handed guns (req. 6 AP), and +15% critical chance +75% small guns, and you can burst with both of them (req. 10 AP), but u will never use two-handed guns again. (-100% Big guns and Energy guns)

req. 200% Small guns , Trait-One Hander
 
I'm sorry for being so late on this.

I know it is the end of January and i promised Jan.1st as a cutoff for the game.
