't Is a shame, though, since in Belgium unlimited sex, drugs and violence are allowed.
Foreign versions are not officially distributed in Germany. Hence, they are not rated, hence 18+ by default. This also applies for DVDs.Lexx said:The thing with the censored Fallout 1 and 2 is... I checked it all for a while and it seems like the US and UK version are not on the index or even 18+ rated.
Most sellers won't import games. And if they do, selling it to minors is punishable.Lexx said:It still was possible to buy the uncensored version without any problems. You even don't needed to import it (if your trader of choice has it in stock).

No. The US version is. They cut out the naked chicks. Seeing nekkid boobies is more harmful to Americans than hacking off limbs. It actually makes sense, you can still live without an arm, boobs will blind you for the rest of your life. See?Jimmeh said:Sorry a bit off topic, but uhm, german Witcher is censored?

Ashmo said:StarCraft (anyone remember the exploding bloody messes the Space Marines were? I think the Medics in BroodWar were even worse) was rated 12+, I think.
Because of the educational values inherent in RTS; or the cartoonish violence. I'm not sure.
