Fallout 4 Automatron Trailer

Hate to burst your bubble, seeing as you and a bunch of other people on Reddit have been wishing for the same thing, but Bethesda rarely indulges in connecting DLC content to base game content. It's not very likely we'll see the Silver Shroud again unless there's an entire DLC centered around the Silver Shroud.

That was something I was wondering about in terms of this DLC: What stuff in the vanilla game would be affected by it?

I will assume Robotics Expert at least, but it'll probably be something dumb/minimal like higher salvage chance from destroyed robots/synths.

It seems interesting.

I have the season pass (before nov 11 even) because I'm a whore, so I won't personally feel anything, but I'll voice my opinion of it when it comes out.

It's not your guilt NotAcasul, i own season pass too, no matter much it hurts at the end i can't resist anything Fallout. He's a good person you know? It's just... he gets angry some times and treats me horribly but it's my fault too.

That ain't Fallout. Fallout died years ago. Whatever you're seeing up and around is some abomination that skinned Fallout and is wearing its skin as a suit, pretending to be who we love. I mean... Can't you smell the decay?

No... The game i love still alive, it's just he's having a hard time... It'll be like the times when we first met, i just need to help him get through hard times.

The Fallout 4 trailer that was released just before the game was available was amazing. I was really into it. It looked like it would actually be Fallout with a decent story and characters that I could get into.
Really? I had the same feel for the F4 trailer that I did for Skyrim. "I'm probably not going to like it" When you think about it, what did that trailer tell you? Voiced protag, a dog, before and after war, Plasticine bodies, awkward animations, war never changes, foreshadow to bad factions, baseball, generic named NPCs, overdone pan back opening, war never changes, not trying a something different other then the Ink Spots, bad color choices, 28 days later zombies, shiny blimp, evidence of no normal maps, war never changes.
I don't know, it wasn't really anything to get excited for imo, a bit too predictable and boring, just like the game.

Like I said before, once those 12 year olds grow up and realize how shitty Bethesda are they'll have been replaced by new 12 year olds. Sooo... Yeah. Bethesda ain't going nowhere.
Then it's on us to make those new 12 year olds realize the error of their ways. If you have to punch that information into them, so be it. Their ignorance is our loss regarding entertainment as I've said before, the more we keep quiet about inferior quality products, the more these greedy corporations are going to shove expensive low quality crap down everyones throats.

You think you'll be thrown in jail for voicing your opinion? Maybe in a few years time if things keep going the way they are, that might be true. But, as it stands, there's still time to groom the new generations into not accepting corporate ass rapings as a normal way of life. I try my best at this but fuck it's really hard sometimes, the looks I get from some Facebookers when I tell them they have been used as a social experiment by governments and corporations is priceless.

I doubt a 12 year old that just wants to have fun and play some neat games will enjoy being lectured on what a piece of shit (s)he is for liking a game you don't want him/her to like. By all means, spread the gospel. But the audience you're trying to sway is, and I cannot emphasize this enough; 12 year olds. You really think they're interested in hearing about "the good ol' days" from grumpy grown-ups? You really think they care? This lesson is only one you can learn by sticking your hand in the fire and getting burnt.

Like I said, you do you and I hope it works. But personally I'm not going to allocate my time to something I feel isn't going to amount to much, if anything.

You can sit back and watch the world burn all you want, I'm gonna try and fix this shit - for the benefit of everyone including myself. Whereas your attitude is like "Fuck the world and everyone in it, I'm in this for me and me only." Which is the same exact majority attitude that has allowed this planet to GO TO SHIT. I don't care if I've already lost friends and family over it, I'll not sit idly by and watch these corporate cunts ruin everything we and our forefathers have sweated over caretaking for centuries millenia, all for the faux-love of fucking MONEY.

I've gone way off topic. Sorry OP. S'posed to be quacking about the awesome looking FO4 DLC.
