The only good thing I can see coming out of a Moon DLC is possibly meeting up with the Bright Brotherhood again and seeing the Lenin face they may or may have not painted on it.

wouldn't that be awesome if they were like haha fuck you fallout 4 was all just a dream the real fallout 4 is 200 gigs with millions of dialog lines and thousands of different options and the voiced character was just your subconscience and the ww1 weapons plus planks that freeze people were also fake and the city looks almost untouched because that's how you remember it... if only

They will release a DLC involving aliens (space or not) and you can be sure we will get some Alien Power Armor and a new alien fusion core.
They may release an Enclave related DLC, and if they do, the lazy minutemen quest will be expanded, or Liberty Prime will be upgraded, again.
Don't hope that you will be able to side with them (would be cool anyway, always liked necrothings, like undead people.) or ask them what they think about the institute.
