Why woudl anyone want to join the genocidal maniacs in the first place? what could they offer the NCR couldn't in bigger quantities?

Power armor made out of tin cans and trash bins! Everyone loves power armor.

Your enclave idea makes no sense. The Enclave is hunted by the Brotherhood of Steel, bounty hunters and NCR elite ranger, pretty much by everyone. And now people should join them, because the NCR has problems? That's extremely strange.

I voted for President Eden

You do now there is other enclave, not just on the east and west coast. This enclave would be different and would present their ideas. What people aren't understanding is this isn't the enclave we've seen before and before the people of the wasteland who joined them would realize this. I do not know why I have to keep explaining myself it is in the description about the story.

Because you are not explainign anythign at all? you are basicaly just saying "it's the Enclavem btu they allow wastelanders in their ranks, so it's not the Enclave"everyoen understandas what you wrote, but what you wrote is pretty dumb.

I like the Enclave, but feel that a new faction would be better for a sequel. I do feel that the Remnant Power Armor should be carried over into the next game somehow though.

We need a new enemy. To keep using Mutants and Enclave as stock enemies will bring the series to a standstill creatively.

Maybe like some radical anarchist faction maybe bring back the original enemy from Van Buren, a mad scientist.

New final antagonists don't always need to be armies like the Super Mutants, the Enclave, robots (the Calculator or Mr House's), or Caesar's Legion.
Like another poster said, it could be an individual like Dr Presper, Father Elijah, or Ulysses, and some followers.

Personally I think it gets a little ridiculous if its an army every time.
The ones so far have been explained well enough but at some point you need to draw a line on what is credible.

Some new regular factions that can be both friendly or hostile would be appreciated.

Well, as my idea suggests, I actually like the part where you build your own final antagonist. Not an army, just a faction that was once a third of a vault. Something that's a little bit more sensible.

Nobody likes the idea of Fo:T "reavers" crazed faction? I liked em .. but thats me :/

Oh no, I like the Reavers too.
But more like a regular faction and not so much as an ultimate end game enemy.

The Enclave definitely needs to be put to rest. I did like the remnants in NV and I honestly felt that taking part in the Second Battle of Hoover Damn was a good last hurrah for the group. But in the end the remnants are exactly that, remnants. The last of their kind.

And the idea of them accepting wastelanders into their ranks to try and swell their numbers is improbable in the extreme. There's not enough Enclave left for that to be feasible even if they somehow had a change of heart.

I'd actually love to see the Enclave one more time. Maybe the group in Chicago Lasted for years and eventualy got about 300 members. Not a huge army, but enough.
