Fallout 4, problems and possible solutions.

I rather preferred how Vulpes and Caesar looked in the card set then how they came out but you know graphical limitations and all. I'd love to see a New Vegas TC with fallout4's assets.

I think it's inevitable that a team will work on that at some point, which is great. The problem with such large projects is that either you have Skywind level of time/dedication (so, it will take years, but it will be amazing) or, in most cases, you have a team whose motivation will fall in a matter of months, and the project will never be finished. It's hard to keep a team motivated long enough for such mods.
In my case, I'd love to play a new gen New Vegas, but I'm more looking forward to join a modding team to remake the original Fallouts with the Wasteland 2 toolkit, once it's released. If it is ever released, mind me. I could translate the project into french, for example.
 
Is there any news on a Wasteland 2 tool/modkit? IIRC they never really 'promised' that that would be a goal of the Wasteland project and considering how they're busy with Torment and later on Bard's Tale not to mention Van Buren and Meantime that they got trademarked and probably want to kickstart later on I don't see them having a lot of time for a mod/toolkit that they never really promised anyway.
