The game with countless synergising perks coupled with weapons like the AMR with explosive rounds to 1 hit kill anything in the game a mile away without any reprisal?
@Cobra Commander you're missing the point. The point is, it's a singleplayer game. Balance is okay and all, no one wants to play a game where only one playstyle is viable. But if you worry too much about balance, there's a high chance that the fun factor would be diminished by an awful lot. See: Pillars of Eternity (well, earlier version as far as I know), and Underrail also had the problem where Styg tried way too hard to nerf shits that's already working properly, and he's been criticized for that.
And like @ThatZenoGuy said above, if you're annoyed by some mods, then just don't use them. And if you're annoyed by the game giving you an opportunity to do clever exploit which the devs may or may not put there intentionally (pay attention to what I just said there, I'm not saying blatant exploit because of messed up scripting/programming), then don't use them either. If a game is plagued by some exploit not intended by the devs, then the news would reach them and they would patch it, simple as that.
