Fallout BOS vs Fallout 3 vs Fallout 4

At the very least, what little Fallout 4 does well, it does quite well. Fallout 3 is irredeemable.

I beg to differ, no single mechanic in Fallout 4 is 'well'.

Combat smoothness? DOZENS of games are smoother, it takes something like Arma to be 'jagged' in FPS combat.

RPG? HAHAHA.

Armour/damage mechanics? Beaten by games in the 1990's and DOOM of all things.

I've had my share of fun with F3, which is more than I can say about F4.

yeah, i think the general consensus is going to be fallout 3. i haven't played the other two (and i don't really have any interest in doing so), so my vote is fallout 3 -- a fallout game only in name.

F:BOS gets the vote. 1st, I love emulating other consoles on PC, playing in higher resolution, with keyboard and mouse, etc.
2nd, the story and setting actually doesn't want to stir away from west coast, which is a good thing at least for me, and this game have some good ideas behind itself. 3rd, it has beginning, middle and end and does not require 60+ hours to complete.
