The game crashes when I try use the signpost on the rocks outside the vault. Any idea why?

No idea, that's very strange, I will look into it and see if there is any error at my side too.

Well it worked before, I may have an idea what happened, so i will fix it right up.

error with hi-res - change resolution in game menu (But not in the utility). CheckNevada.exe or NevadaHD.exe

Ok people I have strong suspicion we have miscommunication in our team... Pyran seems to changed the folder structure which can't be correct since Fallout Nevada makes one by itself automatically. I repeat once more for a hundredth time its should be V.102 HD... Not 0.99 Not 1.02(15)!!!

Wtf? I download the installer and translation from google drive from Dionis. I read instruction, install game, install translation, copy master.dat, and you know what?

If you install the game and patch, and then translated, then everything is fine. Numbers 1.0 and will be. In the installer we fixed it.
The same way about the folder structure - 3 cities has passed and no problems. (in English)

Install Fallout_Nevada_HD [1.02].exe and select the last box if its not selected. Look in image #1
Install Fallout Nevada (EN Translation)[0.11].exe and select the last box if its not selected. Look in image#2
Copy paste master.dat folder to C:\Games\Fallout Nevada

My version is 1.0 (it dont crash), but why Dionis version is 1.02 HD ?

I had to add during installation of translation an option of sFall by Crafty 1.7.46.
Now my version is 1.02 HD just like Dionis show in his screenshot.

without sFall by Crafty 1.7.46 my game version is 1.0 and no problem with changing screen resolution,
with sFall by Crafty 1.7.46 my game is 1.02 hd and I cant change screen resolution, and game run x2, and cannot be changed. lol.

You all have the same version 1.02, only in the menu it is't specified. In the folder with the game there is a text file patch01.txt and patch02.txt. This is the proof of version 1.02
In practice, it's proved that Scaling x2, can adversely affect the game process and is not recommended.
Just checked on the installer - scaling x2 is works.

I just play on 800x600, the sprites are too small on anything higher.
We worked all day yesterday trying to fix that and we got a lot of progress, so just wait for the update we try to fix every technical issue.

Hey, I've been lurking here intermittently for the last fifteen odd years.
Dionis, do you still need more editors for the next pass? I know no Russian and no programming, but I'm a professional editor in English (also, I played the mod all the way through on your last version and loved it). I'd be happy to help, and if you don't need editors is there a way to send you and the translation team money?

What you can do (I did) is go to the official (russian) fallout Nevada site, enable Bing translation (or any other translation program), navigate to the russian faq (it contains a description of quests), translate it through bing/google and save it on your computer.
it's a very rough automatic translation, but look at it as a challenge, it adds to the experience
Hell yeah we need editors! We need editors like we need air right now. No money needed for anything, we will do it as we did it always for free, at least I will. I or Snikers will contact you soon and give you some files to work on... Welcome aboard. You can donate to the developers of the mod itself I believe, I will drop the link to their site later.
