Not of huge interest, but it's nice to know Bethesda is making a good showing of promoting New Vegas as well as it did Fallout 3, as evinced by a giant dinosaur in their E3 booth (courtesy BethBlog) and a prominent place amongst E3's giant poster promotions (courtesy Kotaku).

Also, Expresate points out a forum post from funcroc with different sites' New Vegas schedule at E3, which isn't very relevant to anyone not there, but still. Note the hands-on preview, though that was already known.<blockquote>F:NV @E3

For a variety of reasons, I still find it rather funny that Obsidian's logo does not appear on any of the New Vegas posters.

I'm half expecting them not to put Obsidian even in the intro credits for the game, and only have a brief mention of them at the end, just in case someone sees it and returns it just then.

This is a good point.

My praise Reconite for his impersonation of moronic gamer/game journalist talk.

Tell me, didn't it hurt your brain, making it want to cry out of pain?

I kept wanting to correct every single word's spelling but I managed to refrain from doing so. Being the usual grammar nazi that I am, I actually find it pretty hard to corkscrew a sentence purposefully.

I wonder what's in the truck. Can't totally be unrelated to Fallout, retro theme and all, but hey, could just be passing by.

Anybody actually going to E3 this year?

Because I vaguely remember somebody going when Fallout 3 came out.

Of course I also remember that time when Halley's comet collided with the Moon, so I'm not a reliable source of information.

I am not promising anything.. but my veteran status here at the forums ... might be improved if I go to E3 and report on what goes on with F:NV?

I am saying if you look at my record, i might be an interesting person to vote to go report on E3.

I might be able to pay for the trip or something... but I must admit i have troubles leaving my own house and not having anxiety attacks.

I like Fallout, so I am just putting this info out there. Let me know if you guys want me to do it.

I have no ticket though , so if it is too late for me to get in, i am sorry.

Nah, we're too late, Prosper.

So E3 is open to the public now?

No. Press invite. I'm a game journalist, 'member?

Couldn't afford to fly over tho. And I have an exam while E3 is ongoing.

If I ever reach the point where my game designer career leads me to a game conference, I promise I will make it as entertaining as possible.

People like it when a man storms onto the stage in full Nazi regalia firing blanks at the crowd while screaming right?

The conference has to be about a game honoring World War II veterans. You'll get more publicity that way.
