Fallout New Vegas RPG

By the way, does anyone actually know how many days into our little adventure are we? I tried to think of it myself, but currently my brain is a bit worse for wear at the moment (IRL and in rpg).

IRL, no idea. In the game it should be only a few days. No more than a week......God we're slow. And we haven't even hit the BIG PICTURE yet! This stuff with trying to find Evan leads to the epic quest. God damn, it's gonna take years.

Okay, i was thinking the actuall adventure hadn't went on for too long, btw, when I said IRL, I meant my head was knackred IRL and in the rpg.

38 pages and we haven't gotten to the best part yet. I really have to question why we're just sitting around talking when we could be getting to the climax. It feels like watching an "action" movie after the 80s.

You guys to advance the RPG (if it is okay with Raven), tomorrow morning, I will make a post about me sweltering in the desert sun, trudging northward-bound, please reply soon enough Raven.

Well, I can't really say "Stop talking about your characters and move forward through the story, bitches", though that is essentially what Yas did with all that arguing just then. I'm more than happy to fast travel our asses there. I want to get to the gun fights and rescues and plots. You guys don't know what's in store, I do and really want to get to it.

I'm good with fast traveling. Get the plot moving again and all that, maybe have us have a "random encounter" on the way there, but then continue on right afterward

David is going to wait for the scorpions to get nearer and then have a clash of the titans fight with one of them.

A little back story about Brad. I might back a Blood Trails post about Brad's old dog, but there are soooo many "A boy and his dog" stories out there. I can tell the group won't be happy about taking in a puppy, though. As for the Sarge thing, I pretty much always name a dog Sarge in games where you can name them. This is a tribute to my first real dog, who died about 2 years ago. It always hurts when a childhood dog dies.

I second that Reno, although not a dog, my cat who is actually older than me has got a life threatening case of diabetes, so yeah, I wouldn't find it annoying at all if you did something like that.

To be fair though i'm not the rp leader am I.

Heh, Yas is usually a hard ass, but we found out she has animal friend, too. It'll be funny to see her trying to explain how we can't have a puppy in the group while she's looking at it.

You guys so don't know Yas :p She wouldn't be against it at all. She loves animals. And would prefer to have a group of them over a group of people, but unfortunately, they can't use weapons. Though she is going to thin k he is a moron for doing that while there are scorpions everywhere. And realistically, the likely hood of a puppy being alive there at all with so many scorpions around is zero. But I miss my dogs too, so we’ll ignore the impossibility of it for now. But this is the type of thing you should check first instead of inserting random animals, especially in a fight. Hard to control the flow of a story when people add in stuff that doesn’t fit.

He could be a pup that wandered off from a den a little ways away. Besides, I wanted to give Brad a companion, and it seem REALLY unlikely that an eyebot or something would be around here.

I decided in the Blood Trails bit, i'm going to do Tom's adventures in Colorado/Arizona in like a long chronicled thing, i'm hoping by the time i'm done it will be a real beast

Well that, and we already have a Mister Gutsy with us, so another robot would just be redundant, especially one with less firepower.

But so far in terms of companions, we have,

A Brahmin
A Puppy
A Robot

Assuming we all don't count as "companions" for Yas.

Anyway, on another note, where are you RavenJeanGraves? We could use a scorpion count.

Looks like Raven's just allowing everyone to get their fill of action, although we may need to consider how many scorpions have been killed up to this point.

I'm here. Been busy. Third year at University. And I'm too lazy to actually count all the kills, but that'd be about all of them. It was like huge nest of them and there is a queen under there, but they aren't going after her. Nevest is right, I did want us to get a massive blood bath so everyone can have some scorpion killing fun. Though there wasn't an endless supply of scorpions, I'm keeping it within limits. If you were in the middle of battling one, kill it and then we're finished with them.

And Chrome, no, no, this is a group thing, not a one woman show. You guys aren't companions in the game sense of the word. Although with anymore pets and stuff, please ask before you just give yourself one. I'm getting kind of sick of having to remind people that this is a story plot and just tossing your own stuff in any where throws it out. Although now I've got where Brad's puppy came from. You guys are not going to enjoy it.
