Fallout- Old Glory OOC

I like this Yao Guai thing. Suppose m character might react differently depending. Me and Vet hve already discuss'ed Chameleon's outburst. It will most likely lead to a dramatic turn in both mine and Vet's characters. I don't want it to be too contrasting with the main storyline, so I'll open up Chameleon's secrets in short bursts through the RP. I guess people may decide to like him more, though he'll still be his psychotic 'by-the-code' assassin at his best times. So, Chameleon's entering a new phase. I was also thinking WK; would it be alright to create a minor villain to accompany 'the eagle'. Some scout or something, just so he can be a minor distraction for the group?

No, because this isn't a video game or film, where the good guys have to defeat a minor villain to get the big bad. David's condition, with his mind clouded with med-x and his PTSD making it hard to relate or even talk to people, would also mean there is little to no reason to implement this.

It's too bad he didn't meat Arianna--she has experience as a geneticist (working with her father) as well as experience as a doctor. Because of her work with the Enclave, she also has experience with psychology (she had to, to work with FEV and truly understand all the effects of the drug. Perhaps if he had met her, the 'Eagle' wouldn't have been born.

Here's a quick Q for you--Ari, being East Coast Enclave, having left just before the events of FO3...would she have heard of Eagle at all? The tales of his hunting down Enclave members and all?

David left the east coast enclave during the events of broken steel (It's now 2283) and has only recently begun killing people. Most people don't even know they are enclave members. So she would've heard about the killings, but she wouldn't know they are enclave, unless it was a famous scientist in the enclave, that she'd heard about from some holodisk in the archives.

I see; well, she is very learned in Enclave history; in particular she's studdied the events of FO2; the oil rig, the BoS/NCR coalition that overran Navarro, the systematic hunting down/execution of Enclave remnants...if he *did* kill a famous enclave soldier or scientist, she would likely recognize the name. That said, if he just recently began, he probably hasn't yet.

Oh, and if he kills anyone relating to FEV, she would likely know, as she has studdied the work of other scientists who've worked with FEV. She would have to, being the head of a project designed to find and test the limits of just what can be achieved via FEV.

Darn. That stinks.

You can still join. Your character is in eyesight of the group. We havne't moved. Anyway, how is the picture coming along?

Hey Scyth, I read your character--interesting, if you read my character, they aren't all that different. Both scientists, both knowledgable about the old world (Ari had to be, presumably Enclave education would include history lessons--and she is particularly knowledgable about FEV, given she worked on it for the East Coast faction in Raven Rock). Also, given your char hates those that have causes unessessary suffering...well, he would probably LOATH Ari if he knew she was ex-enclave who worked on FEV, among other things.

Probably, the enclave aren't his friend but he can also look objectively at it and see were their coming from and can trace why they do some of the things they do. However, he could never condone their actions and their ends justifies the means way of thinking. He certainly wouldn't trust her, but Mr. White is slow to hate just because of someones past.

Edit: Also for anyone who doesn't know my character sheet is on page 6 and Eve is the Robo-brain server he can communicate with through his readius, you wouldn't have been able to hear her most likely (the readius would be in his pocket should have mention that derp, and if you did hear it would look like he's mumbling to his pocket. Mr. White doesn't always leave the best impression, if you saw his lab you'd expects a natural disaster had come through. He's one of those brainy people who would say there's method to his madness. He can find everything just fine, it's everyone else who can't find anything.

(readius: essentually just like a pip-boy, resembles a modern digital
camera slightly)

Now that I think of it the readius is a fallout mod and may not exist at all in the vanilla Fallout universe, but I wanted him to have something that would work similar to a pip-boy but not have him steal one of a dead vault dweller, so I used the readius, sorry if it doesn't exist in the canon. we could just say its something he made if thats the case.

Apparently I need to start checking this twice a day people keep posting in such a short time. That's probably a good thing.
(Sorry for the double post)

Edit:
(It's not necessary to but,
James Taylor character sheet can be found here: http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=57456&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=560
He is the owner of the caravan company that White is currently working for. This is for anyone who was not part of the Blood Ties RP in case they care.)

Hey don't worry about it. Some people have more time than others. How's the pic coming along?

WK, is it alright if I create another guy for the group? He's another mysterious merc like Chameleon but no psycho. He wouldn't be as skilled but has the ability to mimic opponents etc.

@Darknessscythe
Hi!
As far as I see it you shouldn't worry too much. If two characters interact it helps to speed things up if they are able to post twice or so. As long as they don't speed too far forward it shouldn't hurt.

Do you think you can include Biest into that picture? ;)

I changed the post a bit to give beist a chance to response and I'll see what I can do on the picture. I'll get around to working on it more when I have more free time.

I think we have enough mercs. It's taking an old man to a funeral, it won't get really dangerous until later.

I'll get caught up and try to post after work at about 5:00 or 6:00 Central time. Sorry I'm on so little everybody.

Did Ari and Greg mend Beist leg before we left? I'll assume yes and edit my post if other wise.

@Darknessscythe
With Edward pushing to go on and you not posting I wrote in my last post yesterday that Biest went on untreated.
If you like you can to it at the next stop the group makes. Biest would like that a lot. An examination may reveal a few new info too. ;)

My best wishes to you and take the time you need.

@pyroD
You're at the right place to do so.
On top of the first site you find an example for a character sheet you can take as an example. After you posted the character here White Knight will either accept it or tell you if something needs to be changed.
