Fallout Tactics... What's wrong with it?

You could just download a cheater mod and start with high Outdoorsman instead of using an older patch.
 
Yeah, but that's lame. If I'm going to cheat, it's going to be because it's the developer's fault, not because I added 'em in.

EDIT: Is there one that lets me run it windowed? Because that would be the radioactive bee's knees.
