There was no Lenny character in FO 1, so he wouldn't count here. This way you could also count Leanne in... and that's not the point, I suppose. But that was a remark.

Ed, the dead man in vault suit is lying next to the Vault 13 door in Fallout and you can find him in two other places in Fallout 2 (one is the tanker).

No, Garl isn't mentioned by name in Fallout 2 but the there is a referance about Dorion's backstory having to deal with when you took out the Khans in FO1. Dorion was appeantly a kid then that hid and lived instead of fighting and dying with the rest of his gang.
