There is a Jacob in FO1 and a Jacob is mentioned in FO2, but they're separate characters.

Actually, his real name was Richard Moreau. :)
 
Okay... what about Vault 15? Ed may have been from there, After that vault went under most of the residents left and made Shady Sands (later NCR). Is it at least possible that "Ed" could have stumbled on the Vault 13 cave and was denyed acces by the Overseer who is overprotective anyway?

What friend of Richard Greys Survived and later became mayor of his own town?
 
'Twas Harold. But as for the previous question, you should see the related article in Wikia or something. Ed was from Vault 13.
 
Which means that we still haven't got that question answered. On Wikia you can only find, in short, that "Ed was from V13, he was let out before the chip was broken, but the rats were too strong for him." ByX, does that satisfy you? ;)

the book is called "the Lavender flower"

When you read it, your character is confused about who it was in the book the character fell in love with, or something along those lines.
 
Master was vicious, Morpheus was vicious, Set was vicious, Gizmo was vicious, Butcher was vicious, Kane was vicious, Garl was vicious... that's quite a lot of vicious's! Specify the question.

Not only did I refresh my memories concerning Fallout 1 but I've already looked at several walkthroughs but in vain. Please give us a hint or this question will never be answered......(at least by me :crazy: )

Said by a prizefighter in New Reno. The protaganist IS Vicious. It all makes sense now!

Edit: Oops that isn't Fallout 1!
 
maybe it's in some crappy Polish-version that a guy is called Vicious.

or maybe one of the skulls thugs ?

I think Vicious is the supermutant who's in patrol at the level of The Master. He goes to the storeroom. From Per's guide :

On level 3 you may run into Jeremiah again if you didn't kill him; don't talk to him, or he'll attack. (Amusingly, you can escape into the elevator to level 1 and wait for him to appear there, and he won't remember anything.) Viscious the wandering mutant will attack if you have a weapon in your active item slot. There'll also be a bunch of cute robots saying "Peace to you" if you talk to them.
