i'm sure it's Theresa, cause in the story after a few months you left the vault Theresa and the over upsets citizens left the vault.

EDIT: Arash, there's this Theresalike gal in the Cafe of Broken Dreams in Fallout 2... a red haired woman, doesn't come often in either Fallout. Like I said, we can guess forever

EDIT: I've just got an evil idea... who's the third person to leave V13? First it's Ed, then it's you, and then you come back after destroying the Vats and the Master, thinking you'll be coming back to your sweet vaulthome again. But no, you get kicked. This means YOU are the third person to leave the vault after Ed and you You have to admit, there's certain logic to this. I'm evil.
