You can only use skills like Lockpick, Steal, Doctor, First Aid and such ONE TIME. Then, you gotta rest. Time's quick for steal, I don't know the others. Personally, I think you guys should take out any using limits per X-time for certain skills. First Aid and Doctor would be great if they got some massive overhaul to be REALLY heal someone. Lockpick would be great against looters and scavengers, get some stuff into somewhere, lock it, then watch n00b scavengers get angry.
Sometimes, mad lag makes hitting people weird. There was one time where I could't hit shit, even with good skill.
Sometimes, people go and help people being killed that they should't help. Bishops should't help Salvatores that are being atacked by players (rather, make lasers pretty strong, ask Magnus how to do it, they're pitful even against leather amor) and vice-versa. If you hit some guy in Reno, I think just his buddies should go against you, not everyone in town. Cassino Guards and Bouncers should only deal with troublemakers inside their establishments.
No possiblity to rest with the pipboy at all, even when outside towns. In fact, it's too hard to get a nice healing unless you go to Redding. I think Doctor and First Aid characters should have a great advantage towards other chars. Can you implement this, guys?
I think there's almost no ammo to go around. Maybe you guys could implement more ammo, but make merchants charge more for it? Quicker restocking could be a blessing too. Say, restocking each 60 minutes is okay, I think. Maybe stuff could be REALLY expensive, so, if you wanna buy for cheap prices, rise barter and CH? I think ammo should't grow on trees and fall out of the sky, but as it is now, those who do not use Unarmed usually have large problems. Fallout should have more ammo than the road warrior, but nothing too abundant, I believe.
I think it's too easy to get Power Armor. Maybe Power Armor should be acessible just for those that REALLY earn it? Navarro is a no-man land because of that, by the way. Everytime you go, you find some russian PKer or some group (Enclave, Unity, BOT) scavenging for Power Armors, guns and victims. It's kinda cool, but I think it's too easy to get Power Armor. Enclave quartermaster must be lazy or something.
I find that stats like CH, IN and LK are dump stats.
Are you guys going to add special punches and kicks, like in Fallout 2?
Maybe the possibily to make traps? Uber-Trapping the hell outta a locker with all my stuff would be awesome.
What about the possibility of hiring mercenaries and recruiting party members?
A more elaborated party-with-people system? What about that?
Many places to scavenge would be cool, too. Not dungeons, dungeons suck. But abandoned Military Bases.
Maybe the hability to make maps and pass 'em to your teamates?
Team-mate trading better implemented?
Fights with humans and other things in the wastelands.
Maybe a place where there's no PKing, so noobs won't get totally slaughtered by people in Power Armor?
I think it's all for now! It's has been a pleasure playing this great Fallout MMORPG, which is pretty diferent from other MMORPGs. Freedom, PKing... makes a great atmosphere. With fan feedback, freedom and Fallout fun, this can make a great game.
