Took a 6 month hiatus that I very much regret. Finally started going back, leg day fucking killed me.
 
Still not opening up places where you are at? My work is finally allowing me to not having to wear a mask at work now although some businesses here still make you.
The gyms opened last friday, but to enter you either need to have received the holy communion twice, or prove your innocence every time.
Most non-essential store are similar. My work still forces me to wear a mask pretty much all the time.
Incidence has been below 50 for five days now, but the city hasn't noticed it yet, apparently.
Apparently some restrictions will be lifted tomorrow? I wonder when I can go to the gym without having to prove my purity first.
 
I might go to the gym proper for a month starting June 1, as I'm too lazy to get off my ass at home. If I go to it right after work, maybe my mind will be stroked enough to put 2 and 2 together. In any case I just need toned pecs and a bit more fat burned off to look good shirtless, so it's not something drastic.
 
Tomorrow I'll go back.
Doing a basic HIT plan for now, starting with back and biceps on Friday.
 
For what it's worth, I upped my deadlift to 315lbs, and started doing power cleans.

They are fuckin hard though.

I also really started getting dedicated to powerlifting, and I finally have some clear directions and plans set up as to how to reach my goals.

Much better than the ambiguous "stay healthy" M.O. I was working with when I first started working out consistently.

First chest/shoulder/triceps workout in like seven months. The feels. The whole "High Intensity" stuff is a lot of fun. A single working set, but it feels like three. We'll see how it will fare, but it does feel like a rather efficient way to train.
Barely did 180 lbs in that single working set on the benchpress, though.
 
Hiit workouts and calisthenics are most of what my boyfriend does and he's got me doing them now since it's a way to spend time together. Other than that it's cycling around town.
