General Gaming Megathread: What are you playing?

Been playing Army of Two, lack of local support for the game's multiplayer irritates me beyond comparison.

I mean, it's a game based on the idea of co-op, yet you cannot play it with a friend in the same room unless you LAN (on the Xbox 360, that also means you must both have Xbox LIVE Gold accounts).

That just fills my brain with angry little guys with torches and pitchforks.

I'm playing Arcanum.... again, between masturbation sessions, working, drinking, and watch Dragon Ball Z.

So, pretty usual compared to everyone here.

Nope.

No Splitting of the Screen.

COD4 could be forgiven for that since it's not oriented around the concept of cooperation, but this...

This game scares the fuck out of me.

But...

From the IGN review :

You can play via split screen if you're on the same system, or you can establish a private co-op game with a friend or a public game with anyone who's online.

And I've read three other reviews and they also talked about split screen coop :? You should check better.

Also, there's this screenshot :

Eh, my bad for not looking harder (I usually play Multiplayer when drunk or tired, -5 PE).

Then again, the damn game both scares and angers me with it's "characters".

People complained about Manhunt encouraging brutal violence but I never saw James Earl Cash fist-pumping with a guy after slaughtering hordes of people and wondering what new guns they can buy with their swag.

I ve been considering buying army of two myself too.

currently playing kings field. old fpp rpg that is quite bad actually, but i ts the first rpg ive ever played so im just tearing old wounds open. Just for the fun of it.

Replaying Gothic. I never actually finished that game.

Also poker.

two worlds, 1 the voice acting is so bad it cracks me up, its a fun game though much better then oblivion to people who call it an oblivion clone.

warcraft 3 b net.

i started nethergate resurrection but tbh, it was to welfare.

Warhammer 40 000: Dawn of War: Soulstorm - I guess I'll never get bored with Dawn of War games x]

Thanks to who ever mentioned Dwarf Fortress, I am now an offical addict.

I turned the game on the first time and then turned it off after about 30 minutes and uninstalled it. "It is way to complicated to use ascii graphics," I said to myself.

Then I redownloaded it and installed it again. I played for quite a while before I found a graphics pack that makes it even better.

The game is pretty crazy. It is still difficult to play because things get reported without giving you any idea where they happen or why they happened. Out of no where one of my hunters will bleed to death and I didn't even know he was fighting something!

All and all a pretty crazy game. I very much enjoy it.
