Yes they say that even US army soldiers have more restricted rules of engagement than US cops. US cops can shoot to kill more easily and quicker than US army soldiers in wars. Not sure if that's true. And US police forces are looking more like a military force in how they operate and what gear they use. They used that exploding robot to kill the black shooter in Dallas I think, pretty soon they'll be using drone strikes against suspects in USA.

Why risk Swat guys lives when you can just JDAM a crack house/meth lab.

For an issue that wouldn't effect any of you or that you have any influence on anyway.

If your nation is not training cops then the states should become actual nations with flags and own money etc. Even today I don't think FBI is keeping a tally of the people cops in USA shoot and kill every year.

Because that's not the FBI's job, you retard. It would fall under the DoJ's auspices. I mean, you seem to think the police AREN'T required to do shit like file a goddamn ton of paperwork every time they shoot someone or even discharge their damn weapon. The FBI might step in for some things, but they would be there to investigate things that run afoul of federal law, not tally up body counts.

Acceptance of increased training for police does not equate to our police forces having NO training. That is such an INANE fucking statement. But hey, I expect those arguments coming from our very arrogant euro brothers.
 
I like how he seems to think there isn't a general clamor for police to be better trained (there is). You get so many fucking cops who do bare minimums of range time, can't run a block without keeling over, don't fucking UNDERSTAND how to use their less-than-lethals properly. And the best thing is that the money is apparently not fucking THERE for them to get more training half the time. Where is the money, you ask? GOOD FUCKING QUESTION. I mean it's not like the state from city level all the way up has a terrible record of mishandling funds OH WAIT.

Police departments get goodies like body armor and MRAPs because they're being sold for a fucking song for some reason, usually shit the military didn't need/want.
 
The issue is first of all, regardless of more training, we do things differently in this country. We simply cannot, and should not, baby suspects. We do not have enough cops to send TEN + officers to subdue one crazy motherfucker, especially if that same motherfucker killed or hurt people. Anders Brevik should have been killed, the school shooter should have been killed, the church shooters should have been killed.

I don't really have a beef with religious people as a whole, I have a beef with people who dress up misanthropic death-cult shit in frilly bows to make themselves feel holy as they wrong others. People use all kinds of crutches to get through daily life, and honestly there's really not too much wrong with that in the grand scheme of things, but when they start attaching sharp objects to said crutches and swinging them around I get fairly fucking concerned.

1. If you view someone ringing your doorbell and proselytizing as anything more than a minor annoyance that can be dealt with promptly, assertively and politely then you're a maladjusted mutant of a person
2. In the past, yes, violence was used (and was used against them). Nowadays they're remarkably fucking meek. Can't say the same about Muslims.
