Many people don't like the new pope-he is not like the previous one.I heard that in an interview he said that he was against gays,divorces,rock music and peace between religions.I don't remmember what he said about the inquisition,but it was not good.

I always liked the fact that Catholics at least remain more consistent about the marriage thing than, say, the average American (non-Catholic) Christian. People, please, if you're going to ban gay marriage, ban divorces too, both are abominations in the eyes of the Lord.
And Ratzinger is just a bit behind, I think he's still thinking of Elvis when he talks about rock music.
As for the cross-religion thing, it's obvious Ratzinger is going to look in a different direction. His pro-Jewish and pro-Christian unity message seems to be one that the USA for one will appreciate greatly, especially since he cares little for the muslims (odd how he proclaims the Jews to be spiritual brothers but not the muslims, whose Qu'uran is more similar to the Catholic Bible than the Jewish Torah, which is only half the bible (and not the nice half at that)). It'll be interesting to see how the Greek and Russian Orthodox churches will react to his overtures.

You don't have to be chauvinist about Bulgarians or Servs, you can be chauvinist about, say, thinking your country is superior to Turkey, which you have shown you do. Hence you are nationalistically chauvinist. I really don't care what race you belong to. Black nazis are chauvinist too. Stupid, yes, but also chauvinists.

Actually as far as I remember there's not a single word in the Bible about God hating homos.
There are a lot of vague remarks about basically anything tho, that after a few dozens of bad translations can sound like they mean that homos should be hung, cows are evil and the Martians should become our supreme rulers.
