I don't remember the exact details but some time ago there was a man getting a tour or something from Bethesda and he managed to sneak a visit to the "bathroom", instead he opted to start opening doors and happened to come across the Fallout 3 room. Perhaps it will happen again....... (sorry for the lack of accurate details)
