Introduce yourself! AKA the "Say hello" thread

Moved: New to NMA forums.

Hello, all, please call me Betelgeuse (unless you prefer something else, in which case by all means use that instead).

I suppose I am a newbie on these forums. I have been a newbie many times during my life: newbie to high school, newbie at college, newbie at work, newbie in FFXI (warning: stay away from FFXI), newbie in every forum I have ever been to, and now I am a newbie here.

Basically, I just recently found my old copy of Fallout 2 (which I, for some reason, never finished), loaded it up, and promptly realized that it is, in fact, the best roleplaying game ever made. I've lost sleep, lost weight... lost sanity. :shock:

As an aside, I am very impressed with the dedicated coding and modding work I have seen FMA's members produce and make available to the general public. Keep up the good work, and I won't ask if I can help, because I have the programming ability of an overripe grapefruit.

I have long been a fan of the Fallout series, but not an active member of the game's community.. I'm impressed that the game is still appreciated after such a long time and such.. bad incidents(falloutPOS).

I guess I should explain a bit more about myself..

Music: Nine Inch Nails, Skinny Puppy, OhGr etc (I have a strange taste in music I suppose)
Games: Medieval: TW, Hitman series, Fallout 1/2 and parts of Tactics, Myth: TFL

I'm ba-aaaaack. I've spent all 6 minutes of free time I've had in the last 2 weeks working in conjunction with a few friends to get a website up and running, seen here. Anyways, I did the forums, so I'm awfully proud of myself, and happy to abuse admin rights.[/url]
