Machete to Become a Full Length Film

The Vault Dweller

always looking for water.
Everyone who's seen the fake trailer for the movie Machete probably loved it. So much in fact that the idea has recieved so much fan support and/or professional interest that it's now going to be an actual movie. It's one thing when a canceled project comes back to life, but to make a movie about something that was never intended to become one is...incredible.

I look forward to it.

Wow, I really hope this turns out well, the little mock trailer and everything was great so I was hoping they'd at one time or another make a short film or something, neat to hear they're actually giving it a full release.

This was sort of announced a while ago, it's good to see the thing finally moving forward.

That trailer was the only highlight of the Grindhouse.

Cheech Marin and Robert DeNiro will do great...other no idea Lindsay Lohan & Steven Segal for what?

Oh come now, all of the trailers were the highlight of Grindhouse. I didn't think that the first movie was terrible, it was gorn that was intentionally campy so there was some entertainment value there but Terrantino's (sp?) film was garbage. I'm honestly not sure how good this is going to turn out as a joke trailer is entirely different from a full movie.

Lindsay Lohan + Jessica Alba + Steven Seagal?

I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

from what I have seen so far, Nuns with Guns was the worst. Funny but ... well I would have expected more after "Machete" and "Dont".

And I would be interested in a movie about Pedo Bear.

Wait those cast aren't real aren't they? It will be hilarious to watch Steven Seagal getting his ass kicked

Edit: Oh wait he did. It's listed in the wiki.

It was intentionally campy, yes, but so what? To me, neither of the movies were entertaining at all. They resembled those old straight-to-dvd action movies, I get it, but that doesn't make them good. They can make a movie similar to House of the Dead but what's the point if it sucks just as much?

You gotta be shitting me, that was at the beginning of Planet Terror and looked like it could eb amazing if it was made as ridicules as the trailer.

Nice.

I just love rodriguez and tarantino. And watching that trailer really made me wish it would come as a full feature film. And now it does.

Also, both grindhouse movies were awesome. Tarantino's were the best. And the other had zombies, so thats pretty awesome whatever you say.

Heh. Machete.

I'd go see this in a heartbeat.

As for Grindhouse, I preferred Planet Terror over Deathproof.
