Marcus figurine

Looks decent but not great. The minigan is waay to small. Feels like a kid's toy almost, more than an actual figurine.

You know what? That was one of the first things that emidiately poped in to my mind as well! Badass ... why did they [Bethesda] did not come up with such Super Mutants ...

Looks more like a children's toy than a children's toy...

He's standing too straight, too human, and as Ausir said, face is too human too.

It looks more like he's still mutating, changing his human form into a Super Mutant's form after cheesy bath in FEV.

You mean, graphically or that they were reduced to stupid brutes, when in previous games they could be smart and had put their differences with "normals" behind?

Anyway, its not that bad, c'mon guys! The face is real good actually.

The face is OK, but lacks the square-jawedness. The figurine is allright, but lacks the hunched, bulky and generally beefed up look.

Because it's easier to edit the old orc models from Oblivion, and complicated graphics work was not a battle they wanted to pick...

You know

that's what I call a mini-minigun

I know, horrible joke.

it's really cool though, even if proportions aren't perfect. you can tell it's Marcus right away. and the guy deserves credit for his skills.

I like it, but chin-part needs to be bigger. And yeh, the mini-gun. The figure looks like one can move the legs and arms? Then maybe it is possible to let him stand like in the original games.

Yeah, I guess it could be easily missunderstood. I mean Fallout 3 reduced the SMs to generic orc like enemies jumping out of vats containers (or so). At least the toy if not really accurate gives the impression it could be a "sentient" and "smewhat inteligent" beeing infront of you that you are shooting.

Thx to a few talking heads in F1 you always had at least the impression that the Mutants were more then your generic enemies.

And considering that to model a figure isnt that easy (its a hobby thing what the guy tried not a comercial product no?) I think that is really impressive. Actualy its easier to learning how to draw a character with a pencil sufficiently then to make a adequate figure.
