Master or Enclave, Which is the better Protagonist/Villain

Hands down The Unity and the Master.

As awesome as the 'grey morality factor' is, its starting to be a bit cliched.

For me, it was the wealth of information that we can discover about who the master really was and how exactly he came to his current state almost through a day by day view.

The other factions really didn't have much information about them annd already mentioned, were portrayed way too one sided evil.

Instead enclave could have offered a sort of bread and circuses life. So what choice is 'moral', forcefully destory this peaceful life regardless of those who live it in order to justify human choice. They could have also a more sympatheic back story to the legion/enclave also.

The Master was voiced by Winnie the Poo. He clearly wins.

Now I got this image in my head that Winnie will dip everyone in honey to "unite" them for a common cause.

Suppose I am the minority here, but I loved the Legion. It's a way to govern a people without having to deal with a bureaucracy. Caesar cut out the fatty parts of the government and wreaked havoc on the weaker, overexposed NCR. From the first play through I was enthralled by the Legion and definitely bought in to Caesar's dream. Total war is a lost art and Caesar utilizes it expertly.

That being said, between the Enclave and The Unity, The Master was better written and drawn.
