Yeah, talking about all of Star Wars. Original trilogy is cool, and so are some comics I've read, most of the other stuff I've seen is overblown, nostalgia-driven shite. But then again, original trilogy is pretty much a softcore ripoff of Dune, so it still kinda sucks

Star Wars is suppose to be epic, creative, and fun the entire length of the film.
If you look at the first 3 films.

Return of the Jedi wasn't that either, it's the weakest of the original trilogy and the start of the patronizing infantilization of the series.

Jedi was great. Watch the 1982 version noob.
The original movies also had a nice element of horror and gloom that the series lost for some fucking reason.
Unforunately due to the other shit released about Star Wars during the 90's those effective elements were watered down into silliness.
