The original movies also had a nice element of horror and gloom that the series lost for some fucking reason.


Unforunately due to the other shit released about Star Wars during the 90's those effective elements were watered down into silliness.

RotJ was definitely by miles better than any of the prequels, but it is still the weakest of the 3 movies with the second one beeing most probably the strongest. Up from the narrative to the pacing Jedi somewhat lacks the quality of the previous movies. It is by no means a bad movie or a bad Star Wars flick. It's simply the weakest from them all.

Also. I hate Ewoks.
