So after reading a couple of threads here and on Reddit I came with a list but I'd like to know if some are redundant or not necessary.

I'm going with:
- Updated Unnoficial Fallout 3 Patch
- Script Extender
- RH_Ironsights
- Item Descriptions
- Ragdoll Overhaul
- Re-animated

A bit unsure of compability and/or which to choose:
- MTUI
- PipWare UI
- Larger Dialogue Menu

Real Time Settlers looks interesting.
But my main doubt is about Wanderers Edition, what do you guys think about it? Reading it looks very good, they recommend the DarNified UI instead of the others above tho, and probably will either render the rest useless or require a bunch of merged and bashed patches I bet...

Anyway, any other lore-friendly mod recommendations?
Thanks!

Ironsights are mandatory. After years without playing this game, I even have forgot that it does not have true ironsights =/

I think I'm going just with the unnoficial patch, ironsights, Vanilla UI Plus and this one called OneTweak that let you alt tab the game.
Yea, for first playthrough I don't think I should go with rebalance and mechanics stuff, I feel like I had a very poor judgment of Endocore's FOT Redux because I don't know what he rebalanced... maybe that Wanderer's Edition with their recommended mods for a second playthrough in the future, and choosing that UI mod 'cause that's the one that looks closer to vanilla but still better than it

If you have both GOTYs of New Vegas and FO3 i would recommend TTW.

New Vegas engine adds things like Faction Reputation, ironsights, harvestables, different ammo types and is generally more stable. While not every Fallout 3 mod is compatible with it (things with SE don't work at all unless you make a new version almost from a scratch), there are many already converted. All New Vegas ones work without a problem.
In my opinion it's the best way to play FO3 today.

Tho I'm enjoying the game, not even once got a feeling I was playing Fallout
