Killap, any chance that you will replace Cat Jule's model with this one? It wold be a great improvement (no offense to whoever made the model in current use, but... damn...).

Kitsune is 100% fine, tho. No changes needed. :mrgreen:
 
That's the idea - it will miss the next release of the RP, but when its finished I'm sure Killap will add it to the build. Also the new punk girl might be ready by then, so two new critters can be added. :clap:

BTW Black dude model is probably long time complete since it's a part of Fallout 2 Restoration project (epa party npc CatJules uses this model) for a few years now.
 
Black dude being 100% complete would be news to me. Just because a party NPC uses the graphics, it doesn't mean that all animations are finished.
 
Damn, I was hoping this was back in business. I'd love to play as a black dude. Bit weird considering nobody in Arroyo is, but I guess a caravan stopped by the village that night or something.
 
Black Dude, where is he when you need him? If I'm lucky, Falltergeist may include support for tinkering with palettes to give different looks without blowing the graphics budget: Multiplayer Vault Dwellers/Chosen Ones/Chosen Four with the color of their jumpsuit/armor to show difference between them, like Link in Four Swords when he gets three identical clones of himself.… This'd even allow tinting the skin color of the dude player with ease!

Could be, although animations with a gun and shotgun [vault suit/jacket/leather armor]

Anyone have any access to these animations, because I would have applied it in my game Fallout\data\art\critters.....

Haven't even started...50,000 frames of animation need to be individually adjusted - batching in Photoshop won't work, it will look shit.
 
Somehow, this is why we'd need the Fallout engine to have support for various palettes, or colors for various critters. If that was possible we wouldn't need to make seperate graphics for folks with dark skin, instead their skin color and hair gets tinted so we can have any ethnicity and hair color.

…Though that may only happen in Falltergeist, since this engine is old and robust especially after Black Isle Studios went taking the source code with it.
 
I testet Black dude and he looks good when equip Leather armor and metal armor [all weapons/animations] - complete animations, but he looks like shit when use Leather Jacket - complete anim but worst looks
This same animation black dude have Jules :) One of new NPC from EPA.
Punk girl and Black dude is good animations but must be completed
 
They used a 'replace colour' filter in Photoshop - the problem is the face tones that get darkened are also found on the various armors, especially when they fire a gun, and look shit. The best way will be to individually recolour each frame, all 50,000+...
