Fallout 2 mod Mutants Rising...

Hi .Pixote.! Everything looks very cool! Large locations, a lot of quests, a lot of new art objects. Although, I agree with Mr. Stalin that on some maps there is a lot of "rubbish" or it is very doubtful to find it. For example, at the Elko location, the Main Town map - there are three "bars" at once (tables with alembics, etc.) - a bit too much for such a small location. And one of them, for some reason, is standing on the street, as if the owner is not afraid that a heap of dust and sand can fly there. Moreover, there are two moonshine stills, and they also stand on the street. But these are all little things, I repeat, the cards are excellent overall! If writing scripts is delayed, can you create a subscription to Patreon, as done for Fallout: Yesterday? Or any other way to donate. If it doesn't work out for the next year (or even two) to finish the scripts, then maybe the fans will donate the necessary amount to hire a programmer.

Elko is a stop over place for caravans, there are just 2 places for meals / refreshments - Cassidy's and Janey's - the tables are under shelter, I imagine people can sit there and enjoy their meals. In some ways those tables aren't necessary, I could remove that section...I actually didn't build that location and was cautious about changing the other designers work.

Edit: Gone, removed from the map - probably looks better. Keep the suggestions coming.

Please don't get angry, but I used your map pictures already :0

It was never high to begin with. Finding scripters is the biggest issue that Fo2 mods had since ever.

I guess a patreon is out of the picture, can't imagine a fallout 2 mod bringing enough money to hire scripters.

.Pixote, please inform us if you find someone who helps with scripting :)

Will do, it's a very specialised field of work, Ardent will still chip away at it in his spare time, but he works for Arkane Studios in France and is a very busy man. So any help will speed up the process and allow people to play the game quicker.

Besides the intro (linked in the OP), how many new tracks are going to be included in MR?
Narrator did a good job, by the way! :nuclear:

I feel ashamed to say I don't really know anything about the music tracks. I know we do have a number of new tracks for the game, I just haven't listened to them, they were made 10 years ago. I would love to use The Ink Spots - 'I'll Never Smile Again' I hope it hasn't already been used, somewhere in the game.

I'd hate to break it down to you but "I'll Never Smile Agin" by Inkspots is the main title song of Fallout 1.5 Resurrection intro and outro...

no hard feelings, im saying it just so You know..

Can just use any other Ink Spots song... they all sound kinda the same. :>

I think one or two people have volunteered to assist. I'll be honest, there's a lot to read through regarding the design documents, just to know what's what. But they have access to the latest build and the inner sanctum at the website and can test their work as they build it.
