thanks for the tips, but tell me what pic has bigger feet and is the worst?
i think that the worst one is Sniper, it has feet not similar. his left hand is smaller coz he has special shoulder pads. his arm is inside. to tell the truth i was drawing it when i had a fever 38 degrees. : P
i think that Terminator is the best one. his head is ok, feet are the same, and the left hand is bigger than the right because those are the W40K proportions. Left hand has Power Fist so its much bigger, right hand has minigun and it`s smaller because its the real size of his hand. in W40K Terminators and Marines are genetically improved. in their Power Armors they have two hearts, 2 livers and stuff, so theirs armors are huge. Terminator has his head in, let`s say "middle" because it`s a PA and his head is in the line with his shoulders. His head is in a helmet also, so all drawing looks unproportional. it has to be like this. it`s W40k and i was drawing some parts from things which i remembered, so it`s like this.

Look, duder, the figurines from W40K don't look disproportional at all, in fact they look awesome, so there must be something wrong with your drawing skills, n'est-ce pas?

Let's take a closer look, shall we?

Now, to be perfectly honest with you, I don't know a lot about W40K, so I don't know if this is the right figurine, but it comes close enough for me. Now what's wrong with this picture? Can anyone tell? No? Then, I'll tell you: the torso of your drawing has about as much depth and 3D as a flat piece of paper. It doesn't look like a box of metal, it looks like a floormat and what's worse: somebody just wiped their feet on it. Same thing about the legs and the feet: they look like ironed frog legs, as flat as flat can possibly be, and the 'feet' look like cardboard feet, totally unable to hold the weight of the character. That's not what I would call proportional at all. I'm sorry, duder, I don't mean to hurt your feelings and stuff, but your drawing isn't good. Deal with it and try your hand at a new picture instead of moaning and saying that 'it has to be like this'. It never has to be like this, never! Also: the smoke that comes out of the gun (which looks more like a cell phone with two big holes in it), well that smoke looks suspiciously like a phallus to me. I can even distinguish the head of that said phallus. Just a remark, though, nevermind.

Now let's look at the second duder:

Again: I don't know if this is the exact same character you had in mind whilst drawing your, uhm, drawing, but it comes close enough for me.
Now, again, look at those legs: the W40K figurine is bracing himself to fire, your character is bracing himself for - what looks like - taking a shit. I'm not kidding, man: I take a similar position when I'm going to the toilet and when I'm trying to push my shit out of my shitpipe. The legs are also attached to the torso in what looks to be the same way that legs were attached to Masters Of The Universe-figurines: with an elastic thingy. Not to mention that the minigun looks more like an anal probe and the drawing is FLAT. Again.

Look, ptrk, I am not saying all of this stuff to hurt your feelings. I'm saying this because I'm hoping you will see what I see: the horrible mistakes you make whilst drawing. I am not saying that you are completely untalented, because not just anyone can draw what you've drawn, that already takes some talent. I'm saying that you shouldn't think that these drawings of yours will impress critical people, because ther are simply to many flaws in them.

Practice, duder, and in one or two years, I will not be able to make these remarks anymore.

On topic, drawing a "3D minigun" isn't that hard. Just start off with the basic shapes of the object; i.e. drawing a cylinder, and constructing the thing out of that.

Having the great drawing skill of yours you still haven’t (by your own words) drawn a single Fallout-related pic. How dare you freaking say ptrk’s biro drawings suck whilst your own contribution can be proudly evaluated as much as 0 (zero). I mean, since what age have you been drawing that good? And all that time you’ve been careless enough not to dedicate several minutes of your precious time to create at least smth utterly simple. Have I said enough to get my point across? Take a damn seat, arm with a pencil/biro/ink/whatsoever! and draw the first in your life falloutish picture. Fold it as many times as you want to, crush it, pour water on it, who cares! but be sure to ->POST<- it around here.

Ptrk, what I could tell you is that your pics seem to be much more inspired by Warhammer than by Fallout. Even that sniper guy resembles a marine.
The realization isn’t very good, that’s a proven fact. BUT. You’ve got REALLY HIGH potential. Practice more, and you’ll see how much your skill grows. And don’t let anybody upset you.

I don't feel like it. I really don't. It's not my kind of thing to do. The theme does not interest me as an artist. It interests me as a gamer and a reader, but not as an artist.
