Need an artist for a Fallout logo

I know this forum is more for people to show their art rather than making requests but after having asked two artists on Deviant Art (one never responded) I am looking for someone who is willing to make something a Fallout logo for me.

I want to open a wiki for my Fallout Texas ideas but I need a logo for the header to make it distinguishable.
The logo I have in mind is basically the text Fallout Texas in the Fallout font (perhaps a little star in the A) with a Sherrif's/Ranger star next to it, sticking out of the sand, the star looks beaten and somewhat rusty.
There would be a dust storm behind the name and the star that makes the horizon unclear.

Would someone here be willing to help me out here?

I get so few requests there's really no reason for me to blow anyone off. In fact I really like doing this stuff. Especially if it's Fallout related.
 
I'm trying to work out the specifics right now. I know it will need to say Fallout: Motor City, but I am working on the logo/background issue. I have good idea, but I can't very well use someone else's assets to make my logo. I'll get back to you. :wink:
