This illustrates the point I was trying to make. Dev's can choose any setting they want, as long as they implement it well. The important things are the story development and characters. Good background will add depth to nearly any setting (OK, not all settings). Everybody thought Sci Fi was strictly kid stuff until Gene Roddenberry came along and gave us Star Trek. I want to see the finished game and judge it on it's own merits.
