New animations 2

I only have the frm's that i did, i've already mailed FIGBird who started the project i think he has the rest, otherwise i'll try to get in touch with everyone else

Actually these are not for the tribal, but for the male pc(slightly different haircut). It was supposed to replace the vault suit as the "naked skin"
 
I am quite impressed and also eager to get my hand on the files...
Of course the difficult ones are the one with no model to base your work on; the big weapons and rifle.
If I may give you an advice pixote, (if you want to finish the animation), it would be to work with the savage/rifle from X'il, and to give him the pants and head from the savage/hammer, who has the sames leg animation as the rifle one. They don't have the same name, but you can find the corresponding position by comparing them. Then the laser one is easy copy pasting.

I'd personally kill a God's Holy Kitten for any ghoul improvements (ghoul doctors, ghoul raiders, ghoul soldiers, ghoul women...).

A ghoul doctor sounds nice - I mean, take the dirty lab coat guy, and swap heads with either of the ghouls (green, whiteish, glowing white).

Well, Bog, already said it, but it was an attempt to create all tribal animations required for the player character. What i saw was going to be quite the bit of trouble in that project was the making of the female tribal animations. For the male the NMwarr provided a few key sets that could be used, but the female NMwarr only has hammer and knife(? i think), and no ranged weapon animations whatsoever.

Also, regarding help, i have a counter-offer; how about you help me with the bald dude instead? :P (if you check the wiki you'll notice that it's quite advanced, around 60% of total, i think, depending on how much Mr. Wolna did with the jumpsuit).

It has the pc head, not the sulik one, and it doesn't have the single and burst shots since bog did those (i modified bog's a little for use in my khan critter).

I like this counter-offer. I'd take it Pixote. :D The RP likes such critters. 8-)
 
Of course I would like to help build some new critters, but I’m a bit stretched at the moment. I am helping the guys at Mutants Rising build new artwork, and I need to finish my little vault kid…then there’s plenty of RP fixes that will need to be done after RP 2.0 release. On top of that I will need to complete the up and coming Loot-able Armor mod I’m working on (this will be officially announced after RP 2.0 is released – because I want some NMA input into the final application). Sorry gentleman but my current priority is RP – LAM – MR – VK – then I’m available…I will help with new critters when I have time.

It was Mr. Handy firing a big gun animation…they made the frames but I don’t think it was ever used. I just added the flame attack with the idea that one of the Mr. Handy’s in Fallout 2 could become a full fledged NPC with attacks, etc. I thought that if you whacked the Enclave soldiers at the secret meeting in the desert with Salvatore’s, you could reprogram him (high science) into being your personal body guard – man servant. I even started building a talking head for him…no point in doing a half arsed version. But I might rebuild him because I’m not totally satisfied with him – the small animation, not the talking head.
 
The Mr. Handy robot in Fallout 1 / Mariposa Military Base was carrying a minigun. But I don't think that he was really able to use it, thanks to his AI. You really need to have a weak character, to make him attack you.
 
Delved into some very light Fallout modding lately. I replaced the Combat Armor-wearing variety of Enclave guards at Navarro with the male and female black Combat Armors floating around. Got it to work just fine, the guards seem to fit in a lot better around there.

Anyways, I would love to replace the NCR officers with this...

Blue combat armor can be done programmaticly now so long as you don't want both green and blue armors on the same map.

This was added to sfall capabilities recently.

Unfortunately I'm not sure how to implement this myself or I would offer to help. :(
