New animations 2

Leather mk2 armors:

A bit slow to make and a couple of details here and there with some of the directions but i think the results are coming out acceptable... what do you think?

Hah! i think it needs to be finished first, it's a bit slow since i coudn't get it to be fully automated and look good at the same time so a lot of tweaking of individual frames goes on... thanks for the comments, i'll keep working on it. :)
 
Wow! Whole thread full of Awesomeness, especially the blue "cop" combat armor.


I like the leather armor mk2 too, looks good

For a special npc would probably be enough, forcing him to use flamethrower all the time.

Not from me; a few pages back you can see that i cancelled those animations a while ago. Grayswandir took over what little i made of those so, if anything, there may or may not be some use of it by him.
 
This is my idea as to how the red head should be…maybe the hair can be slightly darker. But building the complete animation cycle for her would be a very arduous task, so don’t expect her any time soon. :look:

I don't know .Pixote. Maybe it's just me, or maybe it's the scale, but with the red hair, her hairdo looks even more like a helmet. Maybe it'd be better to use the red pony-tail head instead of repainting the usual one?

I'm not sure how does that translate into work load. I guess it's easier to repaint, because you'll have all the head angles, am I right? And less trouble with animating the critter's back (I mean the ponytail) ?
 
I will admit painting her hair will be a pain, but the original red head looks so fake, this color is actually quite realistic…but it could be a touch darker, but we all know how the Fallout color palette likes to screw with the colors. My choice of color was based on this picture. :P

I checked it out with some ingame screenshot and it's definitive the scale. Looks much better, if it is a bit smaller and with fallouty surrounding.

So you actuallly (typo on purpose - what's with the "tm" sign?!) paint over the black, not even replace it?! Argh! You're one patient guy, I admire it. :clap:

Anyway, I don't think the original V13 redhead looks so bad. If anything, you could probably use the head of the metal armor redhead, or even the head of the recent critter X'il made (the redhead metal armor with red pants) - I think the hair colour is a little toned down for this critter.

BTW, ever wondered why there's no redhead male critters? Myron could be one.
 
Here is a nasty ginger Vault Dweller for you…when reduced to a few pixels the appearance will look more realistic…

Is her wearing "13" behind?

If surprisingly not, that would be truly great (once).
 
I only know about a complete male body set, without 13 on the back. I don't think that female without 13 is done.

Personally, i like the pony tail, and while i love Pixotes lady here

I think her hairdo is too similar to the default female dude to warrant the huge amount of work required to create a playable critter.
