New Arroyo mod thread

Some of the files? What is missing then? I`ve planned to format my old laptop for this weekend but I believe that I`ve some NA data on it... I can salvage whatever I can and send to you, what is your email?

What is basically the status of the mod? What is missing and how can I help?
 
It should at least be fixed so that Arroyo gets restored (people, bridge, etc.) after beating the Enclave, if nothing else.
