So while the author meant that a "monkey" could write the stimulus bill since it's written so badly it's fairly simple to assume that the "monkey" is in fact the new president.

I don't like political correctness, but this in fact seems way to obvious to be an accident.

As like there are not worse things to worry about in the US media and society then a caricarture.

Example would be, when it comes to more support for better education, schoolsystems and social projects (like to relieve the poor, or better public hospitals) what one can hear is that there is just no money. But suddenly after a economical crisis the state can almost over night throw out billions of Dollar (and here euroes) for the sick economy. Kinda tells a lot what is more important and which person a politican wants to see more happy.
